We are Sinfonia Rotterdam, Rotterdam’s dynamic chamber orchestra, close to the audience and under the direction of conductor Conrad van Alphen. Fully in keeping with the energy and intensity of the port city, we bring works by classical masters to a broad and diverse audience in a dynamic and compelling manner. We do this with an eye and respect for classical traditions, while simultaneously always evolving and innovating.

Based on the classics of the 18th century, the orchestra programs compositions from all later periods in a coherent manner.
